Delivery

At LAFFi Home, we take great pride in delivering quality products that meet our customers' needs. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented efficient processes to dispatch your order within a reasonable time frame. Our team strives to provide a seamless experience from the moment you place your order.

 

Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated on the status of your delivery. Our dedicated delivery partners will contact you in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

 

Rest assured that we hold our products to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

 

Delivery charges

Your delivery charge is based on the subtotal of your basket, before any discounts are applied.

 


When will I get my order?

 

HERMES

Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the day before to let you know it's due for arrival. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date if you need to. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

 

ROYAL MAIL

Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. On the day of your delivery, you'll get a text and email to let you know it's due for arrival. If you're not in, a card will be left and you'll be able to collect your order from your local post office. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

 

NB: For Lick Paint Samples delivered to a UK postal address we offer free next working day delivery.

 

DPD

Your order will be delivered to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text with a 1 hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date, leave it with your favourite neighbour or send it to a local depot for collection. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

 

DX DELIVERY

Your order will typically be delivered within five working days of dispatch. You'll get a text on the day of delivery and be allocated a 2 hour delivery slot. If the time doesn’t suit you’ll be given the opportunity to change the date.

 

DHL

Your order will be delivered to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your favourite neighbour.

All our orders are dispatched on the basis of next day delivery. For orders placed before 1pm they will be delivered within two working days, and for orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend they will be delivered up to three working days later.

 

YODEL

Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the day before to let you know it's due for arrival. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date if you need to. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

 

BJS / ARROW XL

Our delivery partner will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery's due. They'll give you a delivery date and time slot for you to confirm (or reschedule). They'll deliver to the room of your choice, unless you request otherwise. They can only deliver above the ground floor if there's access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 75kg. They won't be able to deliver above the third floor, unless there's a lift. It's your responsibility to check that the item(s) will fit through doors and staircases in its packaging before you place your order.

 

 

GROUPED DELIVERY

 

For your convenience, we strive to provide you with the option to receive your items together on the same day, wherever possible. We understand that having all your items delivered at once can make your life easier. This option is available if all items can be shipped with the same carrier and the lead times are not too different.

 

Rest assured, you have the flexibility to choose whether you want to group your order or receive multiple deliveries as and when your products become available. Even if you opt for standard delivery, you will only be charged one delivery fee, regardless of how many times your products are delivered. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as hassle-free as possible.
